Retail Loan Processing – Closing Specialist – Platteville
Are you an organized multitasker who is motivated to accomplish goals with strong attention to details to meet deadlines while working independently and as a team?
- Prepare the final Closing Disclosure and Loan Closing packages for all TRID related loans
- Prepare all debt modifications, payoff quotes, and adverse action documents
- Provide back up coverage for TRID loan estimate documents, consumer documents, Home Equity files and related processing
- Book new loans to the core system and perform the post-closing process

Senior Loan Servicing Specialist – Platteville
Are you an organized multitasker who is motivated to accomplish goals with strong attention to details to meet deadlines while working independently and as a team?
- Knowledge of loan servicing, appraisal ordering & monitoring insurance policies
- Process escrow disbursements and annual escrow analysis
- Reconcile GLs and DDAs monthly with ability to follow up on exceptions
- Ability to prioritize tasks and problem solve independently

Crop Insurance Specialist – Platteville
Mound City Bank is seeking a reliable, energetic & motivated person that is able to develop sales & services providing maximum profitability & minimum risk to the farmer & the bank in a team environment. A four year business degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
- Interview clients to determine risk tolerance & find the best-fit policy & coverage options for multi-peril crop insurance, private products, DRP, LGM, & LRP
- Monitor the collection of renewal forms, acreage reports & production reporting forms
- Excellent attention to detail & follow through
- Ability to prioritize & multi-task
